Use concrete nouns, actions, locations, states, and scope. Keep one hierarchy: title, one optional supporting line, then action or data. Remove internal concepts, duplicate labels, and claims the interface already shows.

Before: `Unlock seamless collaboration for your team's journey.`

After: `Share incident notes before the shift ends.`

Before: `Connect` on an empty incident report.

After: `Add the first incident note` when that is the actual action.

Worked state set:

- Empty: `No notes from this shift yet.`
- Action: `Add incident note`
- Saving: `Saving note...`
- Error: `Note was not saved. Try again.`

Avoid “unlock,” “elevate,” “reimagine,” “seamless,” and “powerful” unless evidence proves the claim. Describe unfinished behavior truthfully without exposing implementation jargon. Preserve exact approved strings subject to the safety and accuracy exception in the core skill.
